What are e-Statements?
E-Statements are statements and check copies which are delivered to you in an electronic, paperless file. They are presented in Adobe Acrobat format. You have the ability to view, zoom in and out, search, save or print any of your e-Statements.
e-Statement Benefits
Fast: e-Statements are available the next business day after your statement is created. You will receive an email to your designated email address letting you know your statements are available.
Convenient: e-Statements are available online for up to 12 months. Access them at your own convenience at a location and time of your choosing.
Secure: Access your statements via your secure Online Banking Login. Bank statements containing sensitive infomation are no longer sitting unattended in your mailbox.
Environmentally Friendly: e-Statements are eco-friendly, not only helping to reduce trash and save space, but also by helping save paper and ultimately, protecting our trees and environment.
Eligibility and Enrollment
Personal and Business checking, money market and statement savings accounts, accessible through Personal and Business Online Banking, are eligible to receive e-Statements.*
Personal Online Banking Customers: To enroll, please log in to Personal Online Banking. If you do not receive the auto-enrollment prompt, select the Options link from the main menu, then e-Statement enrollment. On a joint account, if you wish to enroll and are not the primary account holder, please select the enrollment link at the bottom of the e-Statement section and complete the required information. Please note only one email address can be linked to an account for e-Statement delivery.
Business Online Banking Customers: To enroll, please log in to Business Online Banking. Select e-Statement enrollment link and complete the enrollment form. Please note only one email address can be linked to an account for e-Statement delivery.

Accessing e-Statements
Personal Online Banking Customers: Log in to Personal Online Banking, select the appropriate account and choose "Statements."
Business Online Banking Customers: Log in to Business Online Banking, select the appropriate account under the "Document" tab and choose "Documents Available."

Which of my accounts are eligible to receive e-Statements?
Personal and Business checking, money market and statement savings accounts, accessible via Online Banking, are eligible to receive e-Statements.
If my checking and statement savings accounts are combined on the same statement, do I need to enroll both accounts?
No, for combined checking and savings accounts, you need only enroll the checking account.
Does each account holder need to enroll in e-Statements for each user to view an account statement electronically?
Personal Online Banking: Yes, each user must enroll in e-Statements to be able to view electronic statements. Please note only one email address can be linked to an account for e-Statement delivery.
Business Online Banking: Yes, by requesting access to e-Statements, you are authorizing Rockport National Bank to grant each Business Online Banking enrolled user access to all documents and account statements sent electronically. Should you wish to limit the access of users please notify us in writing. Please note only one email address can be linked to an account for e-Statement delivery.
Can I opt-out of e-Statements once I have enrolled?
Yes, you may opt-out of electronic statements at no charge and at any time. To do so, please submit the request either through our secure Contact Us form at www.rockportnational.com, in writing to Rockport National Bank, P.O. Box 90, Rockport, MA 01966, in person, or by phone at 978-546-3411. Please allow us thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery to implement your request. Please print or save copies of your e-Statements prior to making this change as you will no longer be able to view previous copies of your e-statements once the delivery option is changed. If the request is received less than ten (10) business days before the end of your statement cycle, it may not take effect until the following cycle.
Does an e-Statement include the same information as a paper statement?
Yes, an e-Statement is an exact replica of your paper statements. Any statement insert will be included as an attachment to your e-Statement.
How will I know when my statement is available to view?
You will receive an email notification from Rockport National Bank informing you that your statement(s) are available to view. Please be sure that the email address is current. You either select the link within the email or log directly in to Online Banking. To check your email address, log in to Online Banking and select Options. If your email address needs to be changed, enter the new address and click Submit.
Will I continue to receive a paper copy of my statement in the mail?
No, once you enroll in e-Statements, you will no longer receive a paper statement for that account.
What if I need a paper copy of my statement?
If you need a paper copy of your statement, you may print a copy from Online Banking or contact us to request a printed copy. If you request a printed copy from us or if the statement is no longer available online, fees will apply. Please refer to our Schedule of Fees and Charges.
Can I download a copy of my statement?
Yes, you can download and save a copy of your statement from Online Banking to your personal computer or electronic back-up media.
How long will my e-Statements be available in Online Banking?
Your e-Statement(s) will be available for viewing, printing and saving for 12 months.
What are the computer system requirements for viewing e-Statements?
In order to successfully view e-Statements, you will need access to the Internet with a high-speed internet connection and a current version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari and Version 9 Standard or a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-in.
